Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms, and I particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna, which were very large. However, I had to ask for another room at the lobby. The service was friendly and helpful overall, with a few processing glitches. The location was excellent, right off the highway and close to where I needed to go. The dining experience was underwhelming with pasty eggs and stale muffins. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor issues.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had a lovely glass sliding door that led out to a beautiful garden/courtyard area. However, they were a bit far from the front entrance, which could be inconvenient for wheelchair access. The hint of stale cigarette smoke was a downside, though.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean but felt outdated, and it took a while for the temperature to warm up. Despite this, the room had everything I needed for a long stay, including a cozy bed, cable TV, a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. Unfortunately, my departure was marred by false accusations of smoking in the room by John.
The hotel's location is a bit off-center, but it's close to Laurier University, which was convenient for me. The service was quite frustrating as they often forgot to replace essentials despite reminders, but efficient during Oktoberfest. The breakfast had a great variety, and the lady at the bar was terrific. The rooms were nice and clean overall, but the phone didn't work, which was inconvenient. The hotel is at the junction of Kitchener and Waterloo, offering a fine location for my visit.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were really nice and the bed was comfortable, but there was a heavy stale smoke smell despite it being a non-smoking hotel. The service was friendly, but there were communication issues and some cleanliness issues in the suite. The location was nice, although it could have been tidier. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with great facilities like a public swimming pool with warm water, but maintenance issues were a letdown. The service was inconsistent, causing some inconvenience. The location is convenient for mall access, but cleanliness could be improved. Dining options were varied, catering even to specific dietary needs.
The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, easy to find, and offers a strong sense of privacy despite some noise transfer between rooms. The neighbor's considerate behavior adds to the positive experience. On the downside, road access may pose challenges for unfamiliar visitors.
